School is almost out! Hooray!!

Well, school is almost out for the summer!!! I am looking forward to not having to get up and be there by 7:45 in the mornings and no homework!! Hooray! I am sure we will remain as busy as ever but at least it will be mostly on our time frame. Bailey is playing baseball, he has played all positions. He like pitcher and 3rd base the best and he has done some catching this year too. Braden is going to play lollipop t-ball which should be really fun to watch. Elaina has a birthday coming up hard to beleive she will be 9 next week. Wow, where does the time go?? Aunt Kat is here visiting this week (mom's sister from North Carolina) so that has been fun. We don't get to see her as often as we would like. Dale is still building houses and has become quite the fitness buff lately. He has really put on some muscle and lost some weight. Wish I could say the same for me. lol I will post some new pics and I hope you all are having a wonderful spring.

Back to School

Well Spring Break is over and the kids are back to school. Braden is missing them today, he is wanting someone to play with. Bailey was so ready to go back but Elaina is never ready to go back!! Bailey starts baseball practice tonight. Dale had to get him a new glove this weekend, he has grown so much lately. I am very happy that spring is finally here, Braden loves to be outside. We got our trampoline put back together this weekend, the storm a few months ago wrecked it, so the kids are glad to have it back. Braden wants to lay down he is tired, Mondays are sooo hard for him. I will post again soon!

Lads to Leaders

Well, we have finally completed lads to leaders, It was great, tiring, but great! Bailey's puppet team got 2nd place, Bailey and Elaina both got Good Samaritan awards and Bailey got a trophy for GUARD and Elaina got one for Centurian of Scripture (she had to memorize 100 bible verses over a period of a few months) so it all went well. Bailey competed in Speech and Elaina in Song Leading but they didn't place in those categories. I am just proud of them for trying and for learning. It was fun, I had Elaina, Lexi Campbell and Sarah Grace Trimble to keep up with all weekend and of course Braden so it was a challenge to say the least. We had a fun Easter at Dale's parents house and Braden got a new bike for his birthday that he really loves so it was a good weeknd. I will post some pics so you can see.... Bailey had Jacob Campbell spend the night last night and I heard them still playing football on the XBox 360 at 4 this morning needless to say they are still asleep. Well Take Care and we hope to see you all soon!

I am back......

Well, it seems like I have been gone forever from the blogging world but I am back.... Wow where do I start? Bailey is going to CA now! Yeah!!! He is doing well and loves it there! Elaina is doing great, she is an awesome big sister. Braden will be 3 on Sunday! Hard to beleive that the time has flown by so quickly! Dale is doing fine, he is still building houses. I am staying home most of the time right now so Braden can play in the dirt, his favorite past time. We are selling the boat, I am soooo sad! We need everyone to pray that the housing market picks up soon. Spring has finally arrived so that should help. We are gearing up for Lads to Leaders this weekend, Bailey and Elaina are both doing puppets and Bailey is doing speech and Elaina is doing song leading. I am chaperoning 3 girls, so it should be fun. Church is going great! We have about 275 to 300 on Sundays now! Wow is it growing. Andy and Jennifer are just awesome, they have been a true blessing for my kids and all the kids. I have a facebook page now because Bailey is 13 and if he is going to have one so am I. That is about all the new information I have for now, I will post after lads when I am rested.
